Paulo Silva, the promoter of this restaurant is a well-travelled man (he lived for several years in Holland and then wandered around the world) and has a great deal of experience in catering, as he has already run a couple of restaurants.

He enjoys a good meal so knows what to offer his clients. Quality, rigor, fresh produce and well presented food are the ingredients of a successful restaurant. And this is what he wants to give his guests every day... always wanting more, always sprinkling the service with a pinch of friendliness.
